CranioSacral Therapy is about very subtle movement.

With a very gentle and 5 gram of pressure approach, the Therapist focuses on the movement and vitality of the cerebral spinal fluids, and in that the whole body needs to move in harmony , the bones, the membranes, the circulation, the lymph, the visceral organs, the nervous system and the breath.
Through the core of the body (The cerebral spinal fluids held by the meninges). The Therapist is trained to listen to the ebb and flow of these movements and the vitality and assists the inner wisdom, deep intelligence of the body to do what is best for that client. It is especially efficient in taming anxiety, non-alignment of spine and pelvic bowl, headaches, digestive problems, TMJ, any spasticity, dyslexia and disease in general.
